Can't remove hwid spoofer

Some months ago i bought a hardware spoofing tool, it was a "permanent spoofer" and god damn, it literally is..

I cleared CMOS, flashed bios and reinstalled windows and it stills spoofing my motherboard and i suppose other ID's.

How the f#ck does this work at a deep level? Is it LITERALLY permanent?

These programmers did an incredible job tho. Greetings
