Civcraft Activity Index: Results 10/13

The results are back, from 351 voters! There was an resurgence of duplicate responses this time around, but they were all dealt with. Apparently I may have managed to calculate the trade index wrong last time around. Next time, I plan on taking a political survey along with the CAI, which will give us a good overview of the political beliefs in each quadrant.
