Black Box covering certain animations

I keep having some characters get a random black box covering a large portion of the screen over them when certain animations play and I've been looking for a fix for the longest time. Some examples are Animosity/Chara and Undyne's intro animations when the match first starts, where basically their whole side of the screen will be covered. Is there a way to fix this? It happens even without any styles applied and I've tried it with styles on as well and its always the same thing
