Hi, I am subleasing my apartment in the south loop. The rent is about 2000. The apartment is fully upgraded, with appliances and new flooring and has gorgeous sunset views. Currently, the unit is unfurnished but I can leave behind my bed frame is requested.

Located right next to Grant Park, Trader Joes and a short walk from the lakefront trail. This building has many amenities and is located right next to the red line. The sublease period is from November to June 2026. You can extend it with the leasing office if needed and if you like the apartment.
