Why is there no unified platform for notes?

As title says, why is there no single platform for transaction of notes? For courses there is a famous example of Udemy wherein one can sell any type of course and buy any.. But for notes transaction, there is no as such.. Will it be worth if I maybe start it as a SAAS?
