My CAMP doesn't get attacked?

I built a new CAMP on a mountain top after playing again during free 1st, it was my understanding that enemies could attack anytime a player comes to your CAMP. Is this not the case anymore?

I've been at my CAMP for days now, plenty of trick or treaters, tons of food, water, electricity, and no defenses, and I haven't had a single attack. It is cool with me though because those turrets take up so much storage, and I wanted to make a Halloween themed CAMP, so I have plenty of space to do so.
