What tiny upgrade made your onebag setup better?

I'll start. I switched to a Baseus 67W GaN charger that lives in my tech pouch full time. It charges my MacBook Air and phone together,and takes up barely any space. I used to pack separate chargers every trip and it always made my bag feel heavier than it should.

Such a small swap but it makes travel days smoother and packing way simpler.
