Something’s been on mind regarding his files which worry me

I don’t mean to doompost, it’s just that I’ve been thinking about this for a long time and was hoping someone could debunk it or something. Isn’t it kind of a bad sign that his glow textures and skillobj files were found so early? I feel like he was meant to release in natlan but then after coming up with nod-krai, they stopped working on him completely. ( also the missing mesh effect could indicate that?) Does Dain have skillobj files as well? also I’m not sure what exactly skillobj files are Are they the files that make up the skill animations? Or is it something else? Again this is not meant to be a doompost
