The new Main Menu UI and monetization is putting me off the game

I bought this game and recommended it to people, naively under the assumption it wouldn't be ruined with microtransactions.

After booting it up today I just told them not to.

Now to get to the challenges and profile screens I have to look at the battle pass? And the store?

I might have been interested, but they can't help but shove it in my face in the most obnoxious and aggressive menu UI I've seen in years.

Can't get a normal game even for 70 dollars anymore.
