Would anyone be interested in a local home buying or selling seminar in early 2026?

Hey everyone,

I’m a local REALTOR® here in Truro with REMAX Fairlane Realty, and I’m thinking about hosting a free community seminar in early 2026 — but I’d love to get a sense of what people would find most helpful before setting a date.

I’m considering two possible topics:

•	First-Time Home Buyers: covering the full process from financing and inspections to closing costs and current local market stats.

•	Transitioning Homeowners: for anyone thinking about selling their current place and buying their next home (upsizing, downsizing, or moving within Colchester County or beyond).

This would be an informal, info-focused session — no sales pitch — just an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and get some clarity on how things actually work here in our market.

Would you (or someone you know) be interested in attending either of these sessions? And if so, which topic sounds more relevant to you?
