I don’t know what to do

My macbook pro (w/ touchbar) won’t open. Now my mom thinks I’m an ungrateful daughter. I didn’t use the laptop JUST WEEKS! My edits and my academic papers were there 😭 (thank god for icloud) You know how frustrating that is when you bought an expensive shi thinking it would be nice and better? FML.

Any suggestions?
