Order cancelled with money taken out?

My mum ordered a halloween costume from Aliexpress through the website around two months ago and it never arrived. she spoke to the AI bot who assured it would be sent out, and now they are saying that she never ordered anything at all. She is concerned as the money has been taken out of her bank. Is there any way at all to get this fixed?
