The silliness of the removal of plastic bags at the vegetables in supermarkets.

Discussion

This is not new, of course, but it's so silly how (most?) supermarkets have removed plastic bags at the vegetable isle. I tried to look it up, and it seems to be an initiative from the Dutch government to comply with the EU rules to reduce plastic waste. However, all the vegetables now comes packed in except for a few things.

The most ridiculous thing? I always at my local supermarket go 5 meter over to the bakkerij and get one of these huge solid bags for bread, and use it instead.

So meaningless, and people should just use theory brain and do the same instead of juggling the few loose vegetables there still is.
