Lot 20 to Arts (Tunnels question)

Hello! In the latest parking draw I was given a permit for Lot 20, which I think will be useful for the cold winter months. For other people who park in this lot, does anyone know the closest building with tunnels to move from this lot to the Arts/Place? The tunnels confuse me, I hope I'm not alone in that. Thank you!
