Can I change my co-op term for one job from 8 months to 4 months?

Life on co-op has been extremely exhausting, with constant discrimination at work, feeling out of place, I’ve decided to change my work from one company to another. I have the job lined up for winter, and everything is ready for me to sign, but I don’t know if I can quit on the second term basically. Any advice on this?
