Messed my new iPhone

I Need help. Today I got my new iPhone 17. I transfered the data from my old phone but forgot about the mdm Software of my Company. The new phone will be my privat. Now I stuck at registering the phone at the Company mdm. IT from my Company cannot help Remote. Any Chance to reset the phone and set it up fresh?
