Needed $40 payback $50 10/30 (louisville,ky) - PayPal

I am requesting a $40 loan that I will repay back to you midnight on Thursday the 30th when my check hits. I am in an emergency situation and just shy of $40 to get a room, the weather is wet and cold. I have a few hours before I can check in so hopefully someone can help me out. I have a reference if you need to speak to someone since I am new here, they will vouch for me. If you can help please message me. Thank you.
