Are Orbeez guns actually safe for kids, or are the safety concerns real enough to not sell these?

So I have been told that orbeez guns are actually not very safe for children, I was thinking of selling them through my online toy store. I originally thought that might be a fun product to stock for my small business - soft ammo, colorful design and a lower risk alternative to airsoft.

But recently I have been told not to sell them due to safety issues and I wanted to get some feedback from legal advisors about those warnings and whether the seller can get into legal trouble for selling this product online. I have found mostly that there are several real risks worth considering when it comes to selling these guns, and that is injuries to the eye and face.

The beads can still sting or cause irritation when shot at a close range. there is also the choking hazard which I am more concerned about and the beads that are inside the orbeez that expand in a child'd throat if swallowed, on top of that there are some gel blasters that look very realistic which can be a problem, I know in the US there is a law that fake guns must have an orange tip if they are black so I am thinking if I sell these they should be in other colors and not black. I am just concerned about the safety compliance especially if I am sourcing from a B2B site like Amazon or Alibaba.
