Are there any mods that railroad historical outcomes?

I know ck3 is a sandbox game but if you play in the first start date the Christian’s never win against the Muslim they either just remain in the same space doing nothing or losing. The Byzantine’s in the last start date in reality were very weak 5 years after the start date the Bulgarians rose up and that never ever happens in ck3 they instantly start expanding into Romania and sometimes the fourth crusade doesn’t happens. Are there any mods that railroad stuff to happen historically
