Breast Implants and Mammograms

Hi! I am 37 y.o. and scheduled for my first mammogram tomorrow. I have 15 year old saline breast implants, under the muscle. I am terrified of the mammogram rupturing them. I know the risk of rupture is less than the risk of skipping a mammogram. Has anyone had mammograms with "old" implants, and had no issues?
