I have hypospadias, do I have urethral duplication?

I have hypospadias and two urethral openings that both pass urine. I get regular UTIs and can’t urinate standing up without mess.

I’m looking to get gender conformation surgery probably (I am MTF trans).

I literally found out about urethral duplication or diverticulum last night!

I am gonna see a doctor for advice but it will take a long time (NHS). In the meantime I’m curious what folks might think and any advice :-) thank you! 🫶🏻
