Where are the bad/good areas in Wisconsin?

Google didn't help me here, but where in your state are the bad/trashy areas? And where are some good places? In NY for example, we have Syracuse, Utica, Albany, Oswego, Rome, Fulton, etc. All horrible, except next to Utica is New Hartford which is really really nice. Clinton good too, and cooperstown is amazing.
