Bcomm Transfer Applicant Transcripts

Hey guys, I am planning to transfer from Macewan to the U of A Bcomm. I have uploaded my unofficial transcripts but how do i notify U of A when my fall grades are out? From what i know they can do a conditional evaluation based on those grades. Also how do i send my official transcripts to the U of A.
