Got banded for 1 month, is Riot have too much players now?

I'm played on Mac.

Client got very unstable. And I got kicked out by some thing like Varguard like a week ago, etc.

I logged into my account to day. Play some game. In my latest game, I AFk about 5-10m, I'm not sure. Then I got banded for 1 day?

Is this really how Riot work these day?

One day is not much, but I'm sure I will giving up playing with angry while team-up with my friends.

I'm played this game for 13 years now and this fucking annoying.
