Blood dribbled down my leg (IM injection) :(

Hi... I did my weekly injection of cypionate (.5 ml or 2.5 mg) and even though this is my like 10th injection, this was the only time a lot more blood dribbled down my leg. Like it ran a little red line down my calf and dripped 3 drops on the ground before I got to it with my band aid. And I think I saw some clear oil in the blood on my skin too.

Did my cypionate leak out? Do I need to do another dose? Should I use the same leg or a different leg?
