NAS? More like NASS!

❓ Help

Bought a DH4300 Plus.

Cant for the life of me figure out how to get this thing to get discovered on the Mac OS app. My iPhone app finds the NAS just fine. Called support and they can't figure it out either (said they will get back to me in 1 business day).

I may end up returning this POS but figured i'd reach out to this community first.
