Anyone with ADHD has figured out what they want to do in life and truly enjoy it without constantly changing their mind?

Questions/Advice

I'm 26 (F) and undiagnosed with ADHD. I've always had creative ideas in my head, but I tend to change my mind and give up completely constantly. When I try to take the first step, I often get frustrated by not understanding something, and then I give up and never go back to it.

At this point in my life, I feel completely lost. If someone asks me what I want to do or what I've been up to, I freeze up because I honestly don't know, and I haven't done anything meaningful since 2017. I haven't taken steps toward things I know I should be doing, like getting my driver's license, attending community college to improve my job prospects, finding a job with my limited skills, or developing social skills.

I really want to hear from someone who has been through this and has managed to improve themselves without overly focusing on the fear of failure or finding ways to cope. I have ideas—most of them are related to art—but I've lost my passion and motivation to pursue them. When I'm not drawing, I try to get into coding, doll making, 3D modeling, illustration, or digital drawing and painting, but it feels like a constant back-and-forth struggle. If I’m not engaged in one of those activities, I often find myself daydreaming and feeling numb or depressed in bed.
