Help me understand the "De Vinci" code that is women

Hello everyone I have a, hopefully, simple question. I am a mostly quiet type male who just so happens to attract the attention of an extroverted woman (coworker) and well I just want to know if it means anything?

For more context she seems to try and get a reaction of some kind out of me most of the time with an occasional elbow bump here and there. To answer the question of, if I like in anyway? I'm not against it but I think it be weird to flip the script on her? I don't know my thoughts are a bit jumbled.
