Records prices going up?

Are records sellers (mainly Discogs) pricing for collectors or investors these days? Maybe I’m stating the obvious, haven’t bought anything in a while... But prices feel higher lately (especially shipping). Still the Discogs fees thing, or what’s going on? The market itself? Ah, I'm EU based. Cheers!
