What bracket is a UB name only deck trying its hardest to win?

Discussion

I’ve been making a Spongebob/Jodah deck with a fairly restrictive build rule - cards can ONLY have universes beyond names (beyond basic lands and, at this point, sol ring). So what that means in practice is nothing named, like, heroic intervention, even if it has UB art. It all has to be like “Captain America’s Aid” flavor names, OR to have first been printed as Universes Beyond. This build restriction (and some financial restrictions on my wallet) has resulted in a deck with 1 game changer, which is “Stay with me (rhystic study.)” If I were to take out that one game changer, I’m fairly certain my deck would technically count as Bracket 1 - it’s certainly got a stupid theme that feels at home in the Bracket 1 ethos. But the thing is, it’s still trying hard to win. It’s got “Battle Royale (Triumph of the Hordes),” and it’s got 3 card infinite combos, usually relying on “Cloud Strife (Najeela)” and “Knuckles Gloves (The Reaver Cleaver).” I’ve got cards like “Open the Vault (Grim Tutor),” “Deadpool,” “the Allspark (doubling cube)” and “Golbez (Syr Conrad).” All this to say it currently fits into Bracket 3 on paper, but with how hard I’m trying to win with it, it feels kind of bracket 4. I’m not trying to make this deck 75%, I’m trying to legitimately make it 100% within this one silly rule.

So given that, I’m curious what bracket people would peg this at. It has the ethos of a Bracket 1, is a Bracket 3 on paper, and is trying to win as hard as a Bracket 4, just with extra hoops to jump through. What do you think that means in practice?
