Looking to rely on Turo semi-regularly, what do I need to watch out for?

Got married and wife is entering the workforce. I work from home but have two daughters who need to be shuttled to school every other week (joint custody with ex). Rather than buying another car to drive 60 miles every other week and dealing with everything that comes with it (tax, insurance, etc...), I thought I'd give Turo a shot since it seems like my monthly out-of-pocket would be less than half if I bought a relatively decent used car. We're talking 10 days rental period per month (2 x M-F).

Do I need to worry about insurance?

Do I need to religously take photos as if it was a rental?

Anything to watch out for?
