Battery is showing 0% should i use the device or not?

I know battery is not accurate in this device. Yesterday i charged the device to 80% then played for 10 minutes mario bros then turned it off. Now it's showing 0%.

Is this really zero percent? Or should i ignore it and use the device because battery indicator is not accurate? I use a k26 panel 9 clone.
