dizziness after 3 weeks

when i started taking wegovy, the first 2 weeks i felt perfectly fine. i was injecting it into my thigh and had absolutely 0 side effects. however, on the third week, i injected it into my stomach and started to feel suuuuper dizzy. i ended up going to the emergency room and they gave me IV hydration fluids. it was weird to me because i was chugging water before and have always drank a lot of water.

is there a possibility it is just not meant for me? or could i still take it if i was injecting into my thigh instead? or if i move onto a different one i wont experience the dizziness wegovy gave me?
