Level design appreciation
I got PWS1 when it was Game of the Month a few years ago, and I downloaded it thinking, “What a weird game — what could possibly be fun about that?” But I tried it and was quickly impressed by the level design and all the little details. I love small details in things, and both PWS1 and now the sequel are true masterpieces when it comes to that! I’m literally shook. It really shows that the developers love what they’re doing, and I appreciate every single thing. It’s not just some random stuff thrown into a game and called a day — almost every level is designed for a specific washing method or nozzle.
Just to mention one level; the teapot house is amazing. I play on controller, and the doors are perfectly angled for rotating the joystick in one smooth circle. (I also have a theory that it’s red because the red nozzle is perfect for that level — but that’s another topic!)
It honestly warms my heart to see that someone puts so much effort into this game. I love everything about it
