GET OFF LINKEDIN. Want to actually hear back?

I've spoken with 100+ professionals in the last month, brilliant, scrappy people who feel like they're shouting into the void.

They've sent out 500, 700+ applications, mostly on LinkedIn, with little to no response.

They think their resume is broken- The truth is, they might just be playing in the wrong arena.

Our Q2 Job Search Trends Report analyzed 461,000 applications. While LinkedIn is where 80% of job seekers are, it's one of the least effective places to get an interview. The volume is just too high.

These are the platforms that deliver, ranked by their application-to-interview conversion rate according to [Huntr](https://www.linkedin.com/company/gethuntr/) user data:

🥇 [Google](https://www.linkedin.com/company/google/) jobs: 9.3% (The job search engine, not the company)
🥈 [Glassdoor](https://www.linkedin.com/company/glassdoor/): 7.3%
🥉 GovernmentJobs by [NEOGOV](https://www.linkedin.com/company/neogov/)
4. [Wellfound](https://www.linkedin.com/company/wellfoundhq/): 6.4% (Especially for startup/tech roles)
5. [Indeed](https://www.linkedin.com/company/indeed-com/): 4.7%
6. [Welcome to the Jungle](https://www.linkedin.com/company/wttj-en/): 4.6%
...
9. LinkedIn: 3.3%

The strategy is simple: Diversify your search.
