best isp in pdx metro?

ive had century link forever and they finally roped me into quantum fiber and it’s the absolute worst.

signal is weak throughout the property. boosters do not work. internet constantly going out and doesn’t work on slightly older devices/ machines.

ive been looking into xfinity but they advertise a budget price of 70$/ mo for 6 years….

currently on a “price for life” of 45/mo, but since im not really getting much of anything im curious about what my options are.

i have searched this and other reddit threads without success perhaps because there are no decent options at all.
