Sharing about Tantra has led me to help more people than I ever expected
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been speaking more openly about Tantra and Tantric sex not as some “teacher,” but just as someone who’s been genuinely exploring it for a while.
What surprised me is how many people started reaching out. Some wanted guidance on connecting more deeply with their partners, some were struggling with shame or performance anxiety, and others just wanted to understand what Tantra really is.
I’ve ended up having some incredible conversations helping people reframe intimacy as something mindful and sacred rather than just physical. And honestly, it’s been one of the most fulfilling experiences I’ve had in a long time.
There’s something powerful about watching someone rediscover their own body, their breath, their capacity for connection. In helping them, I’ve realized how much Tantra keeps teaching me too.
Anyone else here find that sharing your own Tantric journey ends up becoming part of the practice itself?
