Public showers?

Our water heater needs to be replaced and we’re having a hell of a time doing it. I haven’t had a proper shower since the 13th when we handed in our keys to the old place, with temps dropping I can’t bear the cold water anymore. Where can I get a shower without needing a gym membership or something similar? I’m fine paying a fee.
