Are the baked in legal disclaimers sufficient for most stores?

I've built several small Shopify stores and I've just used all the baked in Shopify legal disclaimers and just added the company info and return policy info. Are there specific areas of the baked in legal disclaimers that are inadequate or areas that need to be addressed but are not? Has anyone here in the US ever had a legal professional look over it and weigh in on it?

Thinking about all the ADA issues has me thinking about other areas and if the legal disclaimers are sufficient.
