Cb 350RS or Tvs Ronin

I am a college student in my third year of medical college and have decided to get a bike. Since from childhood I have always liked bikes that too bikes with retro style . But now I would like a bike with retro looks but with modern features ( like scramblers ) . I have a problem to select between Ronin and cb350rs . As I am a hosteller I don't need commuter vehicle . So is paying 50 k extra on honda is worth or should I get Ronin. Also I am a beginner and I have rode hunter and I think I could manage a 350 cc engine .
