How can I reduce lip swelling?

I got snake bites 4 days ago (labret bars). Left side is fine however the right side is sinking into my skin the more my lip swells(+ way more sore) and I can't go to any piercer for an upsizing until Thursday, or even Friday. Until then how can I keep the swelling down? I tried taking ibuprofen and icing it but the swelling is not improving at all. I also bought saline today however I have yet to use it (not sure if that helps with swelling)
