Looking for friends!

I'm 23M I have been living in Ulwe for past one years, I don't have the capability to go out and do the cold approach in public. Anyone here in 20s looking for a long term friendship is appreciated also I'm working as a social media executive not a student anymore so I have some time constraints which makes it hard for me to make spontaneous plans.
