Help needed with Myntra return request!!

So as the title says - I placed an order on Myntra, issues with the sizing. I raised a return request since they didn't have exchange available at my location (story for another day). Now the return pick up was expected for 24th Oct, Friday. But it is still not picked up. On the app it still shows return pick up expected on Friday.

I tried to call their customer care, but its the automated bot.

Can anyone help me out here!!!!!!! Or if there is any sub where I can post.
