3 JOB ORDER - FRESH GRADUATE WHERE TO START?

Hello! 👋🏼 I’m a fresh grad and just want to ask sana for suggestions, advice, and/or recommendations. May nakuha akong 3 Job Offers. Now ang problem ko is nahihirapan ako mamili alin ang pipiliin kasi super good silang 3. I don’t know which ang pipiliin ko, gusto ko kasi sana maging productive and madaming learning ang 1st Job ko.

Help me decide please.

JOB A: Project Coordinator •Big projects, medium to high-rise •6 Working Days •Commuting depends on •Office/Site Work No Design involve •Mostly OT (paid naman) •Career development slow - but steady (assuring career progression) •Established Company with decades worth of portfolio. •Big Company - known and famous •I think good for portfolio and experience kasi madaming mentor

JOB B: Junior Architect •Engineering Consultants •1-2 Hours Commute •Mostly CAD-works and BIM •5 Working Days •I like the color of the uniform (lol) •unlikely to OT, but still OT paid •Chill environment, and super chill people, hindi rush ang deadlines, but competitive

JOB C: Project-In-Charge •Contractor/Developer/GenCon •Small Growing Unknown Company (medyo start-up) •5 Working Days •Stay-In (accommodation sagot ng company de-aircon) •Mostly Residential Projects •International Client (company’s 1st big break) •Good for experience kasi multi-tasking and hawak ko lahat(?)

Didn’t include salary kasi super close lang naman salary range nila sa isa’t isa and I don’t mind naman.
