Help again

Hi everyone! I managed to upload the secret events to pokemon leaf green using r4! So I have the various tickets to reach Isola Materna etc etc! The only thing is that when I go to aranciopoli the sailor doesn't tell me anything different, but simply shows me the seven islands! Is there a step missing that I didn't do? Thanks for the help
