Short paranormal anime

Here's a longshot: five or so years ago in a thread about paranormal anime, someone mentioned a short series (maybe something like six episodes?) that they described as being basically about a girl/young woman in a diner chainsmoking cigarettes and shitposting online in her fight against the paranormal. I lost the name but it's always intrigued me. Does it sound familiar to anyone? I'd believe the description could be a little exaggerated and/or tongue in cheek, but I'd still love to check it out.
