Can we manifest a person out of our life forever?

I'm desiring a wish fulfilled in which there's one person who does not exist in my reality. Now I want to see this "XYZ" person to go away from my life, basically i want her to leave my workplace and go somewhere else very far away.

I'm really confused as to what should I visualise or affirm... Or script specifically... Is it going to be me send it a lot of energy...?

I just want a sorted way which is easy because all these doubts are coming up... Idk what I'm doing is right or not.

If anyone can help with what should I do in my imagination/scripting/affirmation please...?
