My friend is a Web Development Teacher/Instructor who wants to get a Dev role.

Hey guys my friend is a Web Development Instructor who basically teaches MERN stack and some basic programming to college students.

He has been doing it for 2 years. He wants to get into IT as a dev.

Should he stick to MERN stack while looking for dev roles or change the tech stack ?

Keep in mind his designation is Software Developer only not instructor. He is currently learning DevOps since he is not that good in DSA and also he is thinking of switching to proprietary tech like Salesforce or Servicenow.

Any help or insights are appreciated.
