Boards under $400 that ship internationally

So I’ve been wanting an electric longboard for a while but the problem is that most don’t ship to the middle east or are just bad.

Do you guys have any recommendations for boards under 400 USD that can ship here? I don’t like the design and structure of merlo boards, especially the carrying holes they have on their cheaper boards.

Is it maybe cheaper or easier to make my own board by ordering parts from china?
