Ordering archive from online News, but the TC's in my EDL don't match the burnt in TC's

Hello,

So I have to order over 200 clips from an online news source, and the TCs delivered in the screeners and the transcodes don't match the burnt in TCs that ABC say they need.

This feels impossible as I can't pull the info from anywhere. And it will take them ages to deliver the screeners, there must be a better way?
